Hi! I’m Mary Ann Tucker, one of the founders and partners at MTEC Consulting. For nearly two decades, I’ve been on a wild adventure as a business owner—managing everything from a horse farm to a wedding venue and even an industrial supply company. My love for numbers started back in my account management days, where I discovered my knack for organizing business operations and creating processes that drive results.
After years of navigating the ups and downs of running different businesses—like balancing the books, handling employee hiccups, and finding ways to keep things running efficiently—I know firsthand how tricky it can be. Lately, with the struggles of finding good help, I see how essential outsourcing services like bookkeeping can be for small businesses looking for both reliability and affordability.
Chatting with fellow business owners in my community and hearing about their challenges pushed me to start MTEC Consulting. At MTEC, we’re all about helping business owners reclaim their time, save money, and grow their businesses. I’m all about generating ideas—once I get a feel for your business, I love coming up with creative, tailored financial strategies to help you hit your goals.

Eric Cutright, CPA Founder and Partner
My name is Eric Cutright, husband, father, and business owner. I’m also the Founder and Partner of MTEC Consulting. With a solid background in real property brokerage and construction, I transitioned to pursue a secondary degree in accounting, motivated by my desire to help business owners benefit from the lessons I’ve learned throughout my own experiences in industrial operations and business ownership. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I’ve seen firsthand the struggles clients face in keeping their books compliant and legally sound. I am committed to helping businesses stay on track financially, making sure they’re equipped for growth and stability.
As a parent, I understand the importance of work-life balance and focus on making my work time as beneficial as possible. With MTEC Consulting being 100% focused on you, your time can be spent growing your business.
